We trust "The Secret Service" every day. They're life-savers!
WHAT MAKES                           DIFFERENT?
established 2002
1st
PERSONAL SERVICE: Brian Domingue started The Secret Service, Cleaning Service in 2002. Mr. Domingue hired no staff, servicing all
accounts himself, which meant 16-hour days at times. As The Secret Service has grown, Mr. Domingue has decided to keep the company
a "boutique" operation, preferring to be available personally to all clients. He is personally involved in your account, available by phone,
e-mail, and even text messaging, and is in direct contact with every member of the staff. Without the quagmire of a chain of command, your
calls for service and your complaints are handled quickly and efficiently, with very little to no communication delay. The volume of
testimonials, the links to which can be found at the top left of this page, are testament to the effectiveness of this model.

THE SAME CLEANING CREW: All of our commercial and residential clients are serviced by the same cleaning staff every visit. Your
account is assigned to a specific team, not just to the company. It is extremely important for service consistency that the same cleaning
crew is at your account every time. They become familiar with your home or office, resulting in higher quality and more efficient service. In
residential service this is especially important. We realize how intimate letting someone in your home is, and we understand that this is
where you need to feel safe. We do not take that lightly. Seeing the same faces each time puts our clients more at ease and gives them a
comfort level not possible with a service that consistently assigns accounts to different people. At times, we do find it necessary to change
personnel. However, from our largest commercial accounts to our smallest residential accounts, if or when that happens, you are notified
in advance so that you are not surprised by the new faces at your doorstep.

OUR INITIAL INVESTMENT IN YOU: With over 14 years experience in this industry, Mr. Domingue has come to feel that phone quotes are
an unreal and unfair practice. Even the industry's best cannot make a fair assessment and quote without first visiting with the client and
seeing first-hand what your cleaning needs are, what you are particular about, and what special considerations you may have. For
example, many clients have copper sinks. If we don't see that, or the client neglects to say it over the phone or on an Internet form, the
cleaning crew may not know that regular bathroom cleaner will ruin the finish.

The same is true for floors. A consumer may neglect to tell a cleaning company by phone or on an Internet form that they have slate floors,
which can be mopped with water only. Cleaning chemicals will ruin slate over time.

Once a site visit has been conducted, we will provide a quote behind which we will stand. Some clients do not have the time to meet
ahead, or are out of town. In those cases, we will provide an hourly rate, but will still visit the site with the crew on the first visit, and will
make the assessments described above.

WE DO NOT REQUIRE AN INITIAL HEAVY CLEANING: Some cleaning services require every client to start with a full, top-to-bottom house
cleaning. A Spring cleaning is always expensive and, in most cases, unnecessary. We may charge a bit more on the first visit for the extra
time and effort, which we will discuss with you up front, but in no way will we ever require a client to start with a Spring cleaning that he or
she may not need or cannot afford. Of course, any client who does want to start off with a Spring cleaning will be accommodated.

WE TAKE YOUR SCHEDULE INTO CONSIDERATION: We make every effort to schedule our services to your convenience. Cleaning at the
times that are best for you can be just as important as the quality of the service itself. While we unfortunately can't accommodate all
requests, we will ask you about scheduling alternatives that work best for you. A client is never given a window of "between 8 am and 5 pm"
when that client needs a more precise service window. And no client is ever charged more for his or her request, even if it's on a Friday.

99% OF OUR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS HAVE AN EXPERIENCED CREW LEADER ON SITE EVERY VISIT: Supervision and leadership
is an important factor in quality control in this business, and especially so when the front office is closed. Crew leaders are chosen for their
supervision skills, industry or company tenure, troubleshooting and communication capacity, and attention to detail. This practice helps us
ensure that you are completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your office after every visit.

NOT A FRANCHISE: The Secret Service, Cleaning Service, was founded, and operates in The Woodlands, TX. We are deeply committed to
this community personally, professionally and financially. We work and play here because we believe in it, not because a financial viability
report told us to open a branch. Our dollars are earned here and our dollars are reinvested here, improving and enriching everyone in this
community. The money a franchisee pays to their corporate office is money that is not being invested in The Woodlands.

EXTREMELY LOW STAFF TURNOVER: Every employer expects a certain percentage of turnover based on the area s/he serves, the
education level of the candidates, the industry s/he is in, and a host of other factors. From our peers, we consistently hear how much lower
our turnover is compared to the industry standard. We believe this is because of the high level of morale we feel is important to maintain
within our organization. That may be partly due to the performance bonuses. Staff members compete every single pay period for the
bonuses that are paid to the top performers: lowest number of complaints, largest number of compliments, tangible extra effort and taking
on extra assignments, and other factors. We want our staff to know that we notice their higher level of performance.

More important than fiduciary reward is the fact that we feel every person who works here is a child of God. Just as every person who calls
us, whether they become a client or not, is a child of God. Our level of respect, love and commitment to everyone we encounter we hope is
never reflective of their status, income, resources, political affiliation, religion or lack thereof, gender, race, color or creed. God, by any
name, gives us life. We feel grateful for our faith in that, and whether personally or professionally, hope that our interactions with all of
God's people are manifested accordingly.
Like millions of other people, we were deeply affected by, and deeply committed fans of, the ABC television
show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition (EMHE). We joined the throng of other people who donated their skills
and talents to the various projects over the years. We were honored and humbled that we were, and still are,
in a position to donate time and resources to the benefit of our fellow man.

Our first project was for the Kubena family in East Bernard, TX., a family struggling in many ways due to the care, commitment and sacrifice
they were making for the youngest children in the house, Tara and Sara, seven-year-old twins both suffering with the same form of
childhood leukemia. We worked two days cleaning and picking up trash in and around the home site after EMHE removed their dilapidated
trailer, replacing it with a 3,000 square-foot energy-efficient home with a state-of-the-art filtration system. Season 3. Episode 318.

Our second project (pictures below) was in 2010 for the Johnson family of Houston, TX., an inner-city family who shared a very strong bond
between parents Eric and Elaine, and among their five daughters. They spent countless hours counseling other inner-city families,
working to connect them with needed resources, and attempting to instill principles of family, responsibility, and civic duty. Season 8.
Episode 803.
